Raagi Dosa & Ridge Gourd Peel Chutney [రాగి దోస & బీర కాయ తొక్కు పచ్చడి]

Ingredients:

Dosa:

Urad dal 1Cup

Brown rice 1Cup

Ragi flour 1Cup

Oil 2tbsp

Salt As per taste


Ridge gourd peel Chutney:

Ridge gourd peel 1 Cup

Ridge gourd(optional) 1/2 Cup

Tomato 1

Green Chilli 4-5

Cashews 1/4 Cup

Dried red chilli 2

Mustard seeds. 1 tsp

Cumin seeds 1tsp

cumin powder 1 tsp

Garlic cloves 2


Seasoning:

Oil 1tbsp

Mustard seeds 1tsp

Cumin seeds 1tsp

Dried red chilli 2

Garlic cloves 2

Curry leaves 6-8

Turmeric 1/4 tsp


Instant Chutney:

Mango pickle 1Tbsp

(Any pickle of your choice)

Curd 2Tbsp

Water 1 Tbsp


Process:

Dosa batter preparation:

Soak overnight Urad dal , Brown rice and Ragi flour separately.

Next day blend together all the soaked ingredients along with salt and water (as needed).
